Yoga Ancient Wisdom, No Fear Yoga; published in national newspaper "As a 65 yo woman (with total ACL loss from a skiing injury) yoga practice has helped me to heal and cultivate a better physical condition than when I was 30. Even with my limitation (not surgically corrected) I have a robust, pain-free, athletic lifestyle. Yoga has been a personal blessing and I lead our studio, school and classes with awe at the body's ability to heal under the right conditions, and from deep gratitude for my teachers, yogic partners and students."
