If you are a beginner or advanced student, our styles of teaching at Ruidoso Buddha Yoga will develop your flexibility, balance and strength leading to an increased sense of well-being. Our Ruidoso Yoga Studio classes are well suited to:
- students who are beginners
- students facing aging issues
- athletes needing to improve flexibility & balance
- seasoned yoga practitioners
When physicians suggest yoga for recovery from medical procedures or conditions - our instructors work with these students by gentle application of yoga movement.
Many students come to yoga also seeking freedom from stress and mental anxiety. For an hour, our instructors guide students to quell thoughts and focus on breath or movement - challenging body and mind. This aids stress-reduction, personal mindfulness and creates a sense of harmony and well-being for the student.
We are dedicated to such “transformative experiences” at the Buddha Yoga School of Yogic Arts, a Yoga Alliance registered school. As we teach it, yoga is not “exercise”, but a mindful, therapeutic activity cultivating harmony in body and spirit.
Attending three times per week will gain the best results. Classes are at 10:00-11:00 am and 4:00-5:00 pm daily, except Sunday.
