Many students come to yoga seeking improved body function and freedom from stress. For an hour, our instructors guide students to quell thoughts and focus on breath or movement - challenging body and mind. This aids stress-reduction, personal mindfulness and creates a sense of harmony and well-being for the student.
For teaching candidates we provide RYT 200 Teacher Certification Program with Yoga Alliance registration. Our Fascial Stretch Track teachers yogic physiology and creative sequences in multiple styles.
We suggest practicing three times per week to gain the best results. Daily classes are 10:00-11:00 am & 4:00-5:00 pm, except Sunday.
RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training held May - October every 3rd weekend.
