A thoughtful, meditative yoga experience - to move into body and mind - with steadiness and ease.
Our instructors are dedicated to help develop flexibility, balance and strength - culminating in a sense of well-being and physical cultivation. Classes are suited to beginners, those facing aging issues, or athletes needing to improve flexibility & balance and seasoned yoga practitioners.  When physicians suggest yoga to patients with medical conditions, we provide gentle application of yoga practices.  If freedom from stress is desired, our class instruction guides students to move past repetitive thinking -  into movement, challenging body and mind.  We are dedicated to such "transformative experiences" believing that yoga is not exercise, but a mindful, therapeutic activity - cultivating harmony in body and spirit.
